Our approach combines concepts and interactive activities, inspired by Patrick Lencioni’s* approach. It focuses on the five dysfunctions identified by Lencioni (lack of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of responsibility and lack of focus on results), and our experts will help participants overcome these obstacles to foster communication, collaboration and mutual trust.
Through practical exercises and stimulating challenges, the experience reinforces teamwork skills, enabling teams to achieve the organization’s collective results and become high performers, while creating strong bonds within the organization.

Our Approach
Based on Patrick Lencioni’s model, we prepare different activities according to the context and maturity level of your team. These activities are carried out in the form of workshops and role-playing games in line with the concepts in order to work on the key stages in developing a high-performance team.
We start with a survey to find out your team’s strengths and challenges, so that we can track its evolution over time. The activities invite us to put our egos aside and learn to work together towards a common goal.
Building trust is at the base of the pyramid, which is why it’s essential to take the time to get to know your colleagues. This makes it easier to name the realissues and share our opinion, and ultimately to commit and take responsibility for achieving a goal.
