Mélanie Dionne

Partner, HR & OD Director and woman of action with 1001 projects, Mélanie holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management and a master’s degree in organizational management and development. A member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés, she has also worked for some twenty years in companies of all sizes. She has held roles as HR business partner, operations supervisor, organizational development specialist and human resources director.

Mélanie is a passionate woman who puts her heart and soul into her team and customers. She particularly excels in leadership development, management coaching, team building and change management.
