Nadine holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is a professional coach and member of the ICF. She worked for 15 years as a manager in large companies and another 15 years with SMEs as a trainer and coach.

Passionate about people and relationships, she easily adapts to different personality styles to facilitate the development of their full potential. She has a wealth of knowledge and tools that she shares with managers to help them meet the many challenges they face.
