We take care of publishing your job description on various job search platforms, as well as on our website. Our priority is to select the most relevant platforms for the type of position to be filled, ensuring that we target the right candidates.
We carefully analyze our network of professionals to find the perfect match for the job. We carefully select interesting profiles and use personalized approach methods to maximize the chances of a successful first contact.
The purpose of the exploratory call is to present the position and the company in detail to the candidate, and to determine whether it matches his or her career aspirations and objectives. We make sure to establish open and transparent initial communication to align expectations and ensure that only qualified candidates move forward in the process. We also take the opportunity to confirm certain elements related to the position (fluency in English, technical skills, etc.).
The pre-qualification interview takes place via videoconference between the candidate and our recruitment expert. It is dedicated to an in-depth review of the candidate's professional experience and skills. Our aim is not only to confirm whether the candidate's profile matches the job requirements, but also to determine the long-term compatibility with your corporate culture. We're looking for a genuine fit, a lasting collaboration and, above all, qualities that will fit naturally into the dynamics of your team.
Following our discussions with the candidate, we record the information gathered in a detailed report. This includes a summary of the candidate's professional experience, training, areas of specialization and technical skills. We take care to highlight the candidate's key strengths that could contribute to success in this specific role. We also provide information on the candidate's language level and expectations in relation to the position, company and working conditions.
Our experts take charge of coordinating your meeting with the candidate, ensuring that the process is tailored to your preferences. This meeting can take place by videoconference or in person, whichever is most convenient for you, and can include the participation of a member of our team, if required.
We collaborate with AtmanCo for psychometric tests and with Zmartests for technical language and software tests. On request, we also offer complementary services such as professional references, credit checks and criminal background checks.
At this stage, the chosen candidate has successfully completed the entire selection process. Our role is to support you in the final stages of the hiring process, from communicating with the candidate to negotiating working conditions and drawing up the employment contract.
Even after your new employee has been hired, we make sure that everything goes smoothly during the integration process. We set up periodic follow-ups at key moments to assess integration progress, identify any obstacles and align your expectations with those of the employee.
