How Does It Work?
For executive or management coaching :
- Videoconference or face-to-face meetings at your convenience
- 12h to 15h coaching for a specific objective
- 1st meeting: to identify the objectives of the approach
- Next: meetings of about 1 hour every 2 to 3 weeks (depending on the objective and the time required to achieve it).
For group coaching :
- ½ day or full day
- The duration can vary according to the distance to be covered (for example, half a day every three weeks).
