As the team’s official physical wellness motivator, Marilyn holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources and a postgraduate diploma in management. Her career has taken her to various organizations, both private and public, ranging from SMEs to multinationals.

Curious by nature and driven by people’s well-being, Marilyn has been involved in all areas of human resources for over 10 years. Throughout her career, she has led a number of strategic initiatives, including the implementation of a candidate-employee pathway, the deployment of an employer brand and the implementation of a welcome and integration program.

Marilyn is known for her drive and dedication, especially in the face of adversity. She doesn’t hesitate to roll up her sleeves to meet challenges and find innovative solutions.
