Her career path has led her to evolve within various organizations, both private and public, ranging from SMEs to multinationals.

Curious by nature and driven by people’s well-being, Marilyn has been involved in all areas of human resources for over 10 years. Throughout her career, she has led a number of strategic initiatives, including the implementation of a candidate-employee pathway, the deployment of an employer brand and the implementation of a welcome and integration program.
