Like the triathlete in him, Germain took up the entrepreneurial challenge in 2013 by founding Flexia Conseil. His intense desire to surpass himself quickly led him to evolve the company to meet the human resources needs of SMEs and NPOs: strategic thinking, HR diagnostics, performance management, total rewards and management coaching.

His experience as a human resources and organizational development consultant is enriched by his qualities as a mobilizing leader and skilled communicator with a colorful sense of humor. Germain holds a Master’s degree in Organization Management and Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. He is also a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
