Senior HR & OD Consultant, Elisabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Human Resources Management and a Master’s degree in Education (Training Management). A member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés, she has nearly 25 years’ experience in strategic roles as an HR business partner, senior organizational and talent development consultant and manager. She has worked in companies of all sizes, notably in the manufacturing, parapublic and public sectors.

Driven by a benevolent partnership approach, she stands out for her energy and ability to quickly build trusting relationships. Elisabeth combines strategic sense, listening skills and agility to help organizations meet their human and organizational challenges.
