Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales Executive at Klient, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact sales strategies, generating new leads, and ensuring the successful conversion of leads into closed deals. With a focus on exceeding Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets, the Senior Sales Executive will own the entire pre-sales cycle, lead sales presentations, and collaborate seamlessly with internal resources to achieve collective goals.
As Klient continues to develop, improve, and update its software, we are looking for a full-time Senior Sales Executive to join our team.
The Employee shall perform the following tasks and all other related tasks:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to effectively promote and sell Klient’s products and services
- Identify and drive new leads to build a robust sales pipeline, converting leads into successful sales
- Own the entire pre-sales cycle from lead identification to closed deal, including initial discovery, customer requirement review, solution demonstration, present the solution, deliver the value pitch and close the deal).
- Generate new sales, consistently exceeding Annual Recurring Revenue quotas
- Plan, organize, and lead compelling sales presentations and calls to effectively communicate the value proposition of Klient’s offerings.
- Be accountable and ensure all sales targets are met
- Collaborate with other Klient resources in the sales cycle as needed
- Follow-up on leads and opportunities, consistently follow-up with prospects
- Participate in information security and compliance trainings
- Respect Company’s policies and procedures
- Perform activities related to internal controls and participate in internal and external audits/evaluations, as required.
Qualifications
We are looking for the following qualities in the ideal candidate:
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of Sales Executive experience in the field of SaaS
- Proven track record of reaching ARR targets from new customers
- High attention to detail
- Fully fluent in English & French (writing & verbal)
- Responsible and organized – can meet deadlines and manage workload and priorities
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform is an asset
- Adhere to industry quality and safety standards
- Able to work constructively as part of a team
- Candidate must be located in the province of Quebec
