Customer Success Manager

As Klient continues to develop, improve, and update its software, we are looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
The Employee shall perform the following tasks and all other related tasks:
- Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to achieve long-term success and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and act as their point of contact
- Understand client needs and requirements, and propose appropriate solutions or services
- Monitor customer accounts and analyze their usage, providing regular reports and insights
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, and ensure their timely renewal or renegotiation
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow revenue from existing accounts through upselling and new proposed products and services
- Develop and execute strategies to promote and sell Klient’s products and services
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the platform and communicate best practices to customers
- Plan, organize and demonstrate proficiency in delivering product feature presentations to customers
- Provide expert guidance and advice to customer as a trusted advisor
- Participate in information security and compliance trainings
- Respect Company’s policies and procedures
- Perform activities related to internal controls and participate in internal and external audits/evaluations, as required.
Qualifications
We are looking for the following qualities in the ideal candidate:
- Minimum five (5) years of Account Management or Customer Success Manager experience in the field of SaaS
- High attention to detail
- Fully fluent in English & French (writing & verbal)
- Responsible and organized – can meet deadlines and manage workload and priorities
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform is an asset
- Adhere to industry quality and safety standards
- Able to work constructively as part of a team
- Candidate must be located in the province of Quebec
